A custom last-mile delivery facility
We partnered with The Home Depot to fulfill a build-to-suit requirement in the Utica-Rome MSA in New York. Overcoming the challenge of a limited inventory, we sourced an 11-acre development site in the town of Schuyler with immediate access to the interstate. The result was a high-quality 52,500 square foot Class A last-mile distribution facility, specifically designed for The Home Depot's Market Delivery Operations (MDO) to support their growing e-commerce market and facilitate last-mile delivery of "big and bulky" products. Routine Properties delivered the project ahead of schedule, completing construction within nine months after groundbreaking.
